I have read the general requirements for Board of Directors which are posted below. I have also read the duties and responsibilities for the specific position(s) for which I am applying, as more fully listed in the Policies and Procedures Manual (p. 9-15). As a candidate for a position on the Board of Directors, my checking of the box below affirms adherence to the general qualifications and my ability to perform the specific duties and responsibilities.
Requirements as stated in the Bylaws, Article IX, Section F
F. To be eligible for election to the Board, a person must, at the time of election:
- Be a regular member for at least three (3) years.
- Be regularly attending meetings within the group.
- Have at least two (2) years of service above the meeting level.
- Be serving, or have served, as a Delegate or Alternate to at least two (2) Assemblies, as a member of the Board, or as a member of World Service Board of Trustees.
