Logging in

Editing an article in a CMS is easy.  First, you need to log in, an area which will be one of the menu items on the website (see the one here, under 'About CMSs'.  As you can see from the figure below, the login page also has an automatic forgotten login and password capability.  You will also notice in the upper right hand corner of each page are icons that allow people to print, email or even make a PDF of the webpages.  (Note, these can also be turned off, if you do not wish your content copied.  There are also ways to keep people from even copying text from your website).

Choosing an Article

After logging in, simply navigate to the article you wish to edit.  You will now notice that there is an additional button atop the page, which looks like a pencil atop a piece of paper (see figure below).  This is the 'edit' button.

Editing the Article

Pressing that button will then bring up the article editor (see figure below).  From there you can change the wording, modify the look and feel of the text (size, color, bold, underline, etc.).  You can also add pictures, uploading them from your computer.  You can also add documents that allow people to read more about your business or links to other websites.  It's all as simple as using the editing controls shown below and hitting 'Save'.
